Cancellation Policy
St. Ann’s Luzern School understands that circumstances change. Please read our cancellation terms carefully.
1. Admission/Application Cancellation
– Admission or registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
– Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the school administration.
2. Mid-Year Withdrawal
– If a student withdraws mid‑term, a No Dues Certificate and Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all fees are cleared.
– No refunds on academic or admission fees once the academic year begins.
3. Event/Program Cancellation
– Paid extracurricular events or workshops may allow cancellation up to 7 days prior for a partial refund.
– No refunds for cancellations within 7 days or due to failure to attend.
4. Exception Cases
Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., pandemic, government restrictions) will be handled case-by-case.
